Billing Policy Yuhsiutomas welcomes both Credit-Debit Card & PayPal online payments. We also accept US personal checks and US money orders (allow extra time for posting, deposit and clearance) For check and money order payments please contact us (email) with your item details so we may manually process your order.

Returns Policy "Regular Price" items purchased through our websites can be returned within 30 days. During this promotional period we are happy to  extend this to ALL "SALE ITEMS" until further notice. We will accept returns of your online purchase: *if you return the item in its original condition and in its original packaging via USPS or alternative courier. All purchases are 100% inspected prior to shipping. Please return the item within 30 days of the date listed on your packing slip.

Please note, a full refund for the product will be credited to the credit card number / Paypal account noted at time of purchase on receipt of the item(s). For Personal Checks and Money Orders your payment will be mailed to you on receipt of the item. (The original shipping cost is not refundable unless an incorrect or faulty item has been received in error, then we will be happy to refund the cost of return delivery and replace the item at no additional charge to yourself) Please ship all returns with any additional Information / Packing Slip / Return Form to:

Shipping Errors (We are honest but we are only human!)  On opening your order, please check the contents and in the rare event we ship an incorrect or missing item(s) contact us immediately. 48 hours after delivery excluding weekends is acceptable as we obviously want to correct any error as quickly as possible for you. This time frame is used so our customers may use the original packaging, resealing and marking the envelope 'RETURN TO SENDER' and placing directly into a USPS mailbox (US domestic customers) We can then use the same tracking number to monitor the items return. On viewing the return package either in transit or on delivery receipt we will immediately reship the correct item.

Good faith remains an important part of our companys philosophy and we will always appreciate and value every transaction placed by our 1,000's of customers. Unfortunately, we continue to experience a small but costly minority of fraudulent attempts to claim for non receipt of tracked goods or incorrect items. Our return policy was implimented to identify these orders working in cooperation with financial institutions and safeguarding your security. Damaged Merchadise 1. We ensure every order is securely packaged and clearly labelled. However, if an item is found to be imperfect upon delivery (non transit damage) your order will be replaced when we receive the product from you wihin the specified 30 days and we will replace to you at no additional charge.  2. If you have accepted the delivery and the contents are imperfect, you must return it with documentation in the same shipping package (as proof of damaged package/item). Please place them inside another envelope/package and mail to Yuhsiutomas.
