Shipping & Handling Information

We ship via USPS First Class & Priority Mail, First Class International & Priority Mail International at the discretion of Yuhsiutomas for all Domestic and International dispatch.

• All US orders are tracable. Tracking # confirmation and dispatch dates will be emailed to the customer on request.
• Insurance is optional on US domestic orders but always recommended.
• All International orders carry full US Customs references.
• Shipping & Handling costs are based on current shipping regulations for size, weight and destination of the item or combined items. Where orders are deemed outside USPS standard limits then Media Mail/Parcel Post will be applied. Where necessary and for speed of service, we will always try to avoid Media Mail/Parcel Post by dividing multi purchases. However, on occasion, there maybe individual items that exceed these limits.
• International buyers should be aware of their own countries custom duty limitations, taxes and tariffs. If in doubt then please contact us. We are always happy to comply with any buyers reasonable request should your order be a gift or small value purchase. However, the buyer is deemed the legal importer of goods and is solely responsible for any import taxes in excess of their countries limitations.  
• On all multi purchase orders and wholesale purchases for resale in other countries we will not knowingly misrepresent US Customs Declarations for the fraudulent avoidance of legitimate Custom Duties. As the importer of our products, you are legally responsible for the import fees and taxes applicable at the country of final destination.
• Should you experience any difficulties in international delivery then please contact us. We will be happy to verify both shipping dates and Custom Declaration references for you to locate your order with the relevant authorities.  
• We retain proof of postage for all US domestic and international purchases.
• We ensure every order is securely packaged and clearly labelled and we guarantee safe deposit within the USPS system and USPS mail tracking, US Customs information. However, once within the postal system we are not responsible for the non receipt of items due to theft, postal delays/postal labor disputes or loss in transit. Should such an event arise, then we will always fully co-operate with any investigation and supply all relevant information to the mediators of PayPal or your credit card company for their judgement of the circumstances associated with any claim against us.
